The sand and gravel aggregate production line is an integrated, modular system designed specifically for the large-scale, high-efficiency, and sustainable production of high-quality sand and gravel aggregates used in construction and infrastructure projects. Through intelligently controlled processes—including crushing, screening, conveying, and shaping—the system transforms raw materials such as granite, limestone, river pebbles, and even construction waste into a variety of finished products with excellent particle shapes and precisely graded specifications. This system serves as the core production equipment for modern green mines and resource recycling projects.

1. High-efficiency, premium sand production: The core technology employs a new-type shaping and sand-making system, resulting in finished sand particles with a cubic shape and low content of flaky or needle-like particles. The crushing value is better than the national standard, significantly enhancing concrete performance.

Significant energy savings and reduced consumption: By optimizing the main equipment and process flow, the system’s comprehensive energy consumption per unit of product has been substantially reduced. Specifically, the energy consumption of the core sand-making unit can be as low as approximately 2.7 kWh/ton, leading to a notable optimization of production costs per ton.

Each production line can process one million tons of raw materials annually, effectively replacing large-scale natural sand and gravel mining, thereby reducing ecological disturbances and yielding significant CO₂ emission reductions.

The production line is equipped with a PLC/DCS centralized control system, enabling one-button start-up and shutdown of the entire line, remote monitoring, and intelligent interlinking. Its modular and compact layout—such as the main building module occupying only 400㎡—greatly reduces site requirements and infrastructure investment, supports rapid installation and flexible configuration, and ensures long-term stable operation and efficient management of the system.
