Today, I’d like to introduce you to the box-type dilute-oil vibrator manufactured by Green Company. The box-type dilute-oil vibrator is a device that has gradually emerged in the field of vibration technology and utilizes the principle of self-synchronization to generate linear vibrations. It mainly consists of components such as a housing, shaft, bearings, and eccentric weights, and can produce excitation forces that are either unidirectional or multidirectional, harmonic or non-harmonic. This vibrator is easy to install, requires minimal maintenance, and operates smoothly and reliably. The box-type dilute-oil vibrator finds extensive applications in the vibrating screen industry, typically being used in linear vibrating screens. As the vibration source for vibrating screens, it provides reciprocating linear motion to the screen box, enabling materials to pass through the screen openings for screening and thus completing the separation process to produce finished mineral products.
