Fine Material Screening System This is a core product independently developed by the company—a smart, modular sand and gravel aggregate production system that integrates efficient crushing, precise screening, intelligent shaping, and graded powder selection into one. The system successfully addresses industry pain points such as material spillage and waste, high content of needle-like and flaky particles, poor finished particle shape, and difficulties in controlling moisture content, thereby achieving improved product quality, enhanced efficiency, reduced energy consumption, and intelligent management in manufactured sand production.

1. High-efficiency shaping, excellent grain shape
Employing sixth-generation sand-making and shaping technology, this equipment integrates fine crushing, coarse grinding, and shaping functions, delivering high crushing efficiency. The finished product exhibits a cubic shape, boasts a high bulk density, and features a low crushing value, fundamentally enhancing the quality of aggregate products.

The system is equipped with the company’s latest, highly efficient vibrating screen, offering a wide particle-size grading range and a streamlined process. It can flexibly produce 1 to 6 different specifications of finished aggregates, meeting customers’ sophisticated demands for multi-grade aggregates.

The system’s specific energy consumption is as low as approximately 2.7 kWh/ton, demonstrating significant operational cost-effectiveness. By adopting a composite powder-selection technology, the content of stone powder can be precisely and continuously adjusted within a range of 5% to 15%, helping customers optimize their production costs.
