Applicable conditions: Large-scale industrial screening processes in coal, mining, metal smelting, and other industries—particularly for screening materials that are prone to clogging due to their high moisture and soil content.

Features:

1. Lifetime maintenance-free excitation source with extremely low equipment maintenance rate;

2. High efficiency, low energy consumption—installed power is about 1/2 that of conventional equipment;

3. The banana-shaped screen surface features a large inclination angle at the feed inlet, preventing material buildup; and a small inclination angle at the discharge outlet, slowing down the material’s running speed to form an evenly thick material layer for thorough screening.

4. The screen surface performs a rocking motion with an acceleration of up to 50G (compared to the 3-5G acceleration typically found in conventional vibrating screens), which effectively breaks up agglomerated materials and loosens them.

5. The screen plate features slotted apertures, which effectively increase the open area of the screening surface. Meanwhile, the deformation occurring during the relaxation process effectively prevents pore blockage, thereby enhancing the material’s screening efficiency.
