I. Online Monitoring System
The system uses high-precision sensors to collect in real time key parameters such as the four-corner amplitude, vibration direction angle, frequency, yaw value, and motor bearing temperature of the vibrating screen. It then employs specialized analysis software to perform dynamic processing and visualize the data. Once an anomaly is detected, the system immediately issues an alarm and helps pinpoint the fault location, providing users with a basis for scheduling maintenance and significantly enhancing production continuity and equipment reliability.
II. Start-Stop and Stability Control System
This system plays a critical role during the equipment’s start-up and shutdown phases. By employing a microcomputer controller combined with intelligent algorithms, it achieves smooth start-up and shutdown control of the vibration motor, effectively suppressing resonance phenomena during shutdown and protecting the mechanical structure. At the same time, the system features multiple electrical protection mechanisms and adjustable parameter settings. Through the synergy of software and hardware, it significantly enhances equipment safety and service life while reducing maintenance costs.
III. Remote Monitoring Function
The system supports wireless data transmission, enabling real-time monitoring of equipment operating trajectories, data acquisition, and alarm statuses from the control room, thus realizing remote centralized monitoring and production management. This feature allows management personnel to promptly grasp the health status of equipment, support predictive maintenance, and further enhance the intelligence level of production management.
