A vibrating screen is a type of vibration machinery that operates on the principle of vibration. It uses the vibrational force generated by a vibration motor or exciter to set the screen body into motion, thereby causing the material to be screened on the screen mesh. During operation, the material is subjected repeatedly to gravity, impact forces, friction, and inertial forces, enabling it to efficiently carry out various processing steps such as screening, sorting, grading, dewatering, desliming, media removal, cooling, and drying.
