This drill is designed to test the feasibility and effectiveness of the company’s fire emergency response plan and to enhance employees’ practical ability to respond to fires. Before the drill began, the head of the company’s safety department conducted fire safety training for all employees, providing detailed instruction on fire prevention, firefighting techniques, and evacuation procedures. The trainer also demonstrated on-site how to use fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, and other firefighting equipment.

To simulate a real fire scenario, the company organized an emergency evacuation drill. As the alarm sounded, all employees promptly and orderly evacuated to safe areas along pre-established evacuation routes. Department heads conducted headcount checks to ensure that every employee had safely evacuated. The entire evacuation process was tense yet well-organized; employees acted swiftly and cooperated seamlessly, achieving the desired outcome.
