Deepening Industry-Education Integration and Jointly Cultivating Skilled Talents—Teachers and Students from Xinxiang College Visit and Exchange with Green Machinery

On October 22, a group of teachers and students from the Mechanical Manufacturing and Design program at Xinxiang College visited our company for an educational tour and study session. This visit aims to enable students to gain a firsthand understanding of the real-world operational environment of mechanical manufacturing enterprises and further strengthen the industry-academia-research collaboration between our company and the university in areas such as talent development and technological research and development. Our company warmly welcomed the teachers and students and made careful arrangements to ensure their comfortable stay.

In the company’s corporate culture exhibition hall, teachers and students gained a comprehensive understanding of our company’s development journey, core products, technological innovation system, and corporate spirit of “pursuing excellence and striving for perfection” through rich visual and textual materials, physical product samples, and honor awards. The guide particularly highlighted our company’s technological strengths and market position in niche segments, sparking great interest among the students in how professional theories can be translated into practical market applications.

Afterward, teachers and students entered the company’s core production workshop. From automated material cutting and precision machining to intelligent assembly lines, the state-of-the-art production equipment, meticulously standardized process flows, and “5S” on-site management—all combined to provide the students with a vivid “Modern Manufacturing Practice Lesson.” On-site, technical engineers patiently explained to the students the operating principles of key equipment and advanced machining techniques, and carefully answered the students’ specialized questions. Witnessing firsthand how raw materials undergo a series of processes and ultimately transform into highly precise mechanical devices left all the students deeply impressed and gave them a more intuitive and profound understanding of “mechanical manufacturing.”

The visit by teachers and students from Xinxiang College was not only a successful educational internship activity but also an important step for our company in promoting industry-education integration and strengthening collaboration between universities and enterprises. It has opened a window for outstanding local students in Xinxiang to gain a deeper understanding of Green Machinery, while also laying a solid foundation for future cooperation between our two sides in areas such as joint talent development and resource sharing. We look forward to taking this visit as a new starting point, working hand-in-hand with the college to jointly explore new models and pathways for industry-academia-research cooperation, thereby contributing Green’s strength to serving local economic development and driving China’s machinery manufacturing industry toward higher-end advancement.
